Today, registering and using the Solo tier has no charge at all. For Barbershop and Barbershop Plus, the PuroBarber team contacts you to activate your monthly fee; online payment inside the system is in preparation.

What happens if my barbershop grows past the Barbershop tier?

The system alerts you when your real usage exceeds your tier (more than 2 locations or more than 4 barbers in one location) and asks you to upgrade to Barbershop Plus to keep adding.

Can I see my tier and my usage?

Yes, in My Plan inside your dashboard: current tier, locations used, people per location, and whether you can sell in the store.

Do you charge per appointment or a percentage of sales?

No. None of the tiers charge per appointment or a commission on what you sell.
